Jordi Pomés Vives (Sant Pol de Mar - Barcelona-1962) is a professor of Contemporary History at the Autonomous University of Barcelona since 1997. He specializes in the history of agrarian and popular associationism and in the history of nationalism, federalism and political reform (liberal, republican or socialist), as well as the role of the intellectualism in relation to these movements.
