1. Preparation
The sun method
Chakra flower essences are prepared by using the sun method, which Dr. Bach also used, but there are crucial differences.
The sun method can be traced back to ancient times. It seems to have had its place in almost every old folk medicine. The flowers are placed in pure spring water and exposed to the sun. In this way, the healing power of the plant is transmitted into the water.
The chakra flower essences
For more than ten years, I was intensively involved in the preparation of Bach flowers before I discovered the chakra flower essences. The longer I experimented with the Bach flowers, the more I realized the influence of all the energies involved in the preparation process: the energy of time and place, water as a transmitter and the preparing person.
But slowly it became more and more clear to me that I actually knew nothing, really nothing, about the kind of help I so heartily wanted to provide for people in their suffering. In the deep trust that this is only possible through the spiritual world, the request was fulfilled in a wonderful way. The chakra flower essences are a great gift!
On important religious holidays the plants often seemed to “call” me and ask me to make an essence from their blossoms. So I followed their call and made more and more essences, also in the most diverse places that we traveled to. This broad spreading across the continents also seemed to be according to a plan, since the whole world is becoming more and more energetically networking together. However, this should not only be reserved for technology. Networking at the heart level has yet to be accomplished. In order to keep peace in one’s own heart and in the world, it is necessary to completely detach oneself from all ideas and entirely trust the voice of one’s own heart. Here, the essences can be of important help. Several members of our family have always been involved in finding, making and testing them. For this reason, the essences are particularly valuable to heal families.
Edward Bach wanted to touch the flowers as little as possible and tried to keep them free from all influences. In this point, I have a different opinion. This caution is necessary with disturbing energies – and all protective measures should be taken there, but the healing energies may and should flow into the preparation. The higher the energies of all preparation factors involved are, the more beneficial the chakra flower essence is. It always touches me deeply to feel the loving energies during the preparing process.
This principle is basically valid for any preparation. Here is a simple comparison: Different people bake bread using the same recipe on different days and the taste may vary significantly.
On this basis, each chakra flower essence is based on the sun method and yet each one is slightly different, i.e. prepared individually, without following a rigid pattern. Some need a more or less long maturation process before they develop their power, others need something else, maybe even the power of the moon or other celestial bodies to reach their full potential.
In order to intensify the high energy even further, the chakra flower essences are not bottled by machine, but all individually by hand.
The Bach Flowers
The English physician Dr. Edward Bach, who developed the intestinal nosode therapy based on homeopathy before discovering his 38 flower essences, prepared his flower essences according to a fixed pattern: In the morning, he placed them in a crystal bowl with water for about four hours and expose them to the sun until the sun reached the zenith. Then he carefully removed the flowers from the water with the help of a stalk of the same plant or a stick, without touching them with his hand. Until about 1930 he potentised his flower essences like homeopathic remedies. However, he was not a homeopath and therefore did not register the essences through clinical tests but intuitively.
Dr. Bach diluted the mother tincture into the “stock bottle” (storage bottle), from which the user makes his own medicine bottle by adding a few drops from the stock bottle to his medicine bottle preserving it with brandy. Bach mixed up to five flower essences in one bottle.
He recommended taking 3-4 drops of an essence mixture 3-4 times a day.
More than 40 years before Dr. Edward Bach used the sun method for his essences, the English homeopathic doctor Robert T. Cooper used the sun method to prepare his homeopathic tinctures. In doing so, Cooper meditated and mentally established a connection with the essence of the plant. He used his tinctures very successfully in the treatment of cancer.
2. The effect on the chakras
The pure creative energy of the spiritual world flows to us through the chakras. However, this energy does not remain pure but is contaminated because humans are burdened through the existing miasmas in their bodies. Miasma is a term from homeopathic terminology that describes the root causes of a disease. When a miasma becomes active, the energies of the affected chakra become burdensome instead of vitalizing us. Because the essence acts directly on the chakra, it instantly eliminates the disease-causing vibration and the active part of the miasma can no longer exist.
Consciousness-expanding effect
Chakra flower essences have an effect on the chakras, the light gates to consciousness, and lead directly to an expansion of consciousness. This allows people to recognize their pathological patterns and behavior in order to transform them. Essences cannot heal diseases, they only bring the imbalanced chakra back to the center. This impulse stimulates the self-healing powers, which often need further support, e.g. through homeopathy.
This process of increasing awareness can be perceived by most people, so that even those who have had little access and trust in their own self-healing power often feel attracted to the chakra flower essences. The essences created by Dr. Bach have an effect on the soul.
Effect on body, mind and soul
Cosmic energy is channeled through the chakras into body, mind and soul. However, because the chakras are located in the body of light, the energy is also transmitted at light speed. This is the only way to explain the rapid effect of the chakra flower essences on the organs and functional complaints. Especially pain quickly responds to the essences. The essences open the chakras so that other therapies which may heal the cause of the disease have a more easily and quick effect. Homeopathy is an ideal supplement, but knowledge of the right diet, psychosocial background and care have also to be included in the treatment of the patient.
Speed of action – the “light switch effect”
Under most favorable circumstances, the effect of the chakra flower essences can be compared to flipping a light switch. This phenomenon is known in homeopathy as spontaneous healing. The homeopathic remedy should not be repeated unless the symptoms return, as this can happen in acute nerve pain. Such effects are classified in naturopathy as a phenomenon of seconds. The essences sometimes work faster than the intellect can understand because they affect the chakras, the light gates of our consciousness. As long as the “light switch effect” lasts, the essence does not need to get repeated. Administering more at this stage will not make the person more luminous, for a lightbulb can only radiate the amount of energy that can flow through it. After a spontaneous healing, repeating the essence might burn out the fine wire in the bulb.
3. Researching the chakra flower essences
Similar to homeopathic remedies, the chakra flower essences are only released for sale after extensive testing on healthy people. However, the procedure is slightly different, but the same rules are applied here as in homeopathy. A fundamental difference lies in the form of the test. Homeopathic tests usually run for a few weeks, involving several individuals. We tested the first essence with our family in a group of people at the place where the plant grew in nature. Even if, for organizational reasons, it is not always possible for us to test the essence on the spot, the method of testing in the family or group has been maintained until today. This also continues in the training to become a chakra flower essence therapist. This ensures that the exams always take place gently and under supervision. Sometimes a blockage is dissolved after the intake, and a new, deeper layer appears that also wants to be cured. Like this the researching team of the chakra flower essences can switch into an individual healing therapy whereby the next indicated essence can be administered in order to complete the healing process.
Every trial or healing session should come to a harmonious, healing end. The exam lasts until all energies flow in an orderly manner again and the examinee feels comfortable. All symptoms and conditions that have occurred are recorded, analyzed and evaluated.
In this way, the nature of the essence is revealed. As soon as it is clearly recognized, the essence can be applied in case of illness. Only when it has been clearly proven it can go public. In this book, you will uniquely find symptoms or conditions that have been proven in practice, i.e. when they had a positive effect. They come from our practice and from reliable sources – from family, colleagues, students, users and therapists.
Only what has practically been proven is listed in this book, there is no room for speculation left. When researching the chakra flower essences, I was clearly oriented to new methods free from already existing theories, expectations and ancient experiences. Even reading about the effect of the plant could have had an influence on me so that the chakra flower essence therapy was not created of itself but through my imagination and expectation of it.
The essences were discovered according to the importance of their sequence. The first twelve have remained the most important essences because they cover the vital organs and endocrine glands.
4. Studies with the essences
- The Sirius Essence had already helped a number of persons to overcome their swimmer’s dermatitis, but I was not yet satisfied to sell them. So through the local newspaper I called to participate in a study on swimmer’s rash. Within a short period of time 60 persons responded suffering from painful itching with a skin rash after bathing in lakes, rivers and even in the sea. Almost everyone could be helped with the Sirius Essence and this gave permission to finally offer it to other affected people (see SURYA 26).
- In a junior high school, the children of the most underperforming class in a study received the essence of blue ray with much success (see in the same chapter SURYA 22.
- The bee protection study started in early 2014 with the aim to protect the bees against the Varroa mite. The experiment with the bee protection essence, a mixture of the marsh marigold and the protection essence (SURYA 28) gives reason for hope, but there are still not enough beekeepers who can safely attribute the success of the essence, especially since this year (2014) was generally a tough year for the bees.
- The piglet study has been running since the beginning of 2015: so far with 100% success with the animal chakra spray (see chapter of the same name) as protection from cannibalism.
- The essences were applied in a very successful experiment in sugar cane cultivation used in India (see SURYA 17).
- A special essence was developed against chestnut disease. There are no concrete results available yet.
- A study with an essence mixture against ash tree dying was very successful. All treated ash trees recovered.
