The herniated disc
Herniated discs are incidents in the mind!
According to classical medicine, herniated discs are usually the result of incorrect strain on the spine due to curvature and a scoliotic pelvic.
However, this is not the cause. I describe this in more detail in my first volume. Here I will only say: The mind determines the strength and the posture of the spine!
This means that if there is an event, an incident in the mind, the back is weakened. A slipped disc occurs because the posture is worried, bent and burdened by the event and this situation drains the strength. The person is distracted by a problem or weakening energy and then there is usually a clumsy movement with consequences.
If you think of a bad or sad event, you will notice how you immediately bend forward sadly or tense up out of anger.
When you are happy and in a good mood, you cannot take your head forward and let it hang. Posture and mind are inseparable.
Exercise: Kinesiology test of emotions
It directly shows the energy of your attitude in movement. Here are some extensions to it.
Find a partner for this. Stretch your arm out to the side and have your partner try to push your arm down. Both of you observe how much force you have to use and note the result.
Now think of a bad, annoying or sad event from your life. Be fully present.
The best way to pray for your future, is to create it!
At this very moment, when you are thinking about it, your partner should press your arm down again.
You will notice how you have become weaker and your partner can press your arm down very easily.
Then find a joyful event or a holiday memory and immerse yourself in it.
Now let your arm press down again in the same way. Oops, it doesn’t work, your partner is straining, but you have become much stronger and your arm stays up.
Your thoughts are your energy and your strength. Your thoughts and emotions control your spine and its posture. It is just usually impossible to understand why the posture and the body have become like this over time.
Countless experiences and events influence your life, your actions and your posture. They have made you what you are now, or better: you have made yourself that way. Mostly unconsciously, though.
The causes of back pain and slipped discs are to be sought and resolved in the mental. There is no single cause. Man cannot completely grasp this abundance of events and causes with his limited consciousness. They don’t have to, as long as they change their behaviour.
Every year there are about 250,000 spinal operations in Germany. That does not have to be!
If you don’t believe in miracles, you are not a realist.
If you think about your complaints and pains all day long, your complaints will get worse just by thinking about them. Accidents due to inner weakness and inattention, because all your energy is used for the terrible past, are pre-programmed.
You can try the same test by saying affirmations while you think. While your partner presses your arm down, you say each affirmation 3 times in a row and compare the changes in strength:
- I am strong.
- I am weak.
- I am healthy.
- I am sick.
With the negative sentences you will immediately feel your arm drop down and become weak. In contrast, it immediately becomes stronger again with the two positive statements.
Even the smallest thought, every word directly changes your energy field, even thoughts that others have about you, especially if you do not oppose them.
Let’s say you are a blonde woman and someone makes a blonde joke and you laugh at it. Then you have unconsciously agreed with this energy, absorbed it and accepted it as true. The same happens when people talk about “men” as they often do and you just stand there and smile instead of saying, for example, “But not all of them”.
Exercise: Why am I doing this?
That’s why you should do everything you do carefully and consider exactly why you do it!
- Why am I doing this?
- For whom or what am I doing this?
- What are my real intentions?
- Is this good for me?
- Is it good for others and the world?
- What is my real motivation behind it?
- Where is my attention?
- Am I in the action with my consciousness or am I distracted by other events?
If you discover something that you don’t like to do or that is not good for you, then you must immediately let it go or change your attitude towards it in order to improve your action.
A simple example. You sit in front of the TV and reach for crisps or chocolate or even worse go to the cigarette machine. This is an unhealthy action and drags down your energy level and consciousness.
Unconscious movements are the worst because at that moment you are acting for the other person. This is also called being other-directed. So you watch a film or an advertisement on TV and you move without thinking about it or defining your action. This externally controlled movement releases energy which – as already told – tunes your inner radio to the same frequency and in turn attracts such energy.
The energy that you are experiencing and generating in the moment by watching the film becomes your frequency. These are mostly excitements through scenes of violence, manslaughter, underhandedness, crimes, meanness. The more often you connect with such energy, the more your energy field becomes accustomed to it, and at some point this reality you see on television becomes normal to you and your own. Think about whether you want to have a life like the one you experience on television.
Through the excitement, you have put yourself on the same level and connected with it. If you had rather thought nothing of it and looked at it neutrally, it would not have been so manipulative.
When eating, you should pay special attention to your actions and mental connections. Many people like to talk about illness while eating. There are statements, “oh, my back hurt again today, my leg is thick or have you heard, the neighbour is ill” and so on. In addition, people are busy gesticulating. So avoid such energy bridges.
Change your attitude towards life and health when you move, and you will easily succeed!
