New and holistic spinal exercises
The human being consists of both the visible and invisible. The human body consists not only of bones, joints, muscles and organs, the human being is a closed unit of spirit, soul and body, i.e. a complex organism, not separate from the visible and invisible universe.
The Spiritual Back Therapy Training is a revolutionary, unprecedented healing aid for people who want to learn to use their spiritual powers in such a way that they can free themselves from back problems of any kind.
The Spiritual Back Therapy Training is a “spiritual” spinal exercise that shows an expanded view of the bioenergetic connections between spine and body and explains ways of self-healing that have not yet been accessible. The spine is much more than a skeleton! Each individual vertebra carries its own light information and is connected to all centres of the body. Therefore, the spine is the largest energy centre of the human being, because the life force flows from here.
The spine is a highly sensitive instrument. Its needs can only be fulfilled on the spiritual level. If one knows the connections as described in the book, everything becomes very simple!
Healing and health begin in the mind
The spine is much more than what scientists have explored so far. It is energy, pure life force and a pillar of light and information. It is an energy centre. A centre of infinite size that does not end at the surface of the body.
Body and spirit are inseparably connected. Thoughts influence the back and the spine.
Thoughts can strengthen or weaken it, in the same way a changed physical posture has an effect on the spiritual posture of the person concerned.
This book is about deepening and expanding the teachings and exercises of the first volume of the The Spiritual Back Therapy Training. That is why I recommend having read the first volume.
Further, the book is about healing, not only back and joint pain, but expanding the exercises to heal and relieve all problems that afflict the body and mind. It is about overcoming one’s own weaknesses and set limits. It is about achieving increased performance and improved health in all areas of life. It is about making the impossible and unimaginable possible.
Blockages that limit progress in life and mobility are released. Higher energy levels are explained and further chakras lying outside the body are activated.
Further connections between spiritual laws and physical postures and actions are shown. It is explained how one can immediately help oneself in everyday life. It is about spiritual guidance in one’s actions and movements as well as how one can allow one’s body to be directed by spiritual helpers to overcome difficult movements or to master dangerous situations.
It is about a higher awareness in everyday life and movements and how one can accomplish more than one thinks. It is about how to achieve so much within one moment and one action, simultaneously, more than one would otherwise be able to do in hours or days. The higher one’s consciousness, the more effective the actions are, and one will accomplish more, complete more than a whole construction team.
Of course, it is again a matter of “doing”, whether in spirit or through physical exercises. It is a matter of performing many practical, mental and physical exercises in order to improve oneself in all areas of life and to improve one’s health.
The path is the goal!
Have fun and success!
The most fitting message about my book The Spiritual Back Therapy Training and what you can learn from it was conveyed by the “Spiritual World” through Anne Hübner. I would like to emphasise it once again in Volume 2.
In the movement
recognise your
progress,
herefore move a lot,
and the goal is coming towards you!
Anne Hübner
Movement and action
Every movement always leads to a deed (action). One could also say that every movement is a deed, but the term “deed” is already negatively tinged in German language due to the many crime films and so I will leave it at this definition. Or the reader can use the word “action”. Every movement leads to a deed. In other words, every movement has a goal and leads to a result. This result, this deed, can be a good deed, a so-called benefit, or have unhealthy and negative effects.
I explain it this way because often the person performing the action, when beginning the movement, does not know beforehand what the result will be. An example of this. You have often dropped something. Was that intentional? No, you did not know before that it would happen. Your intention was different, the result was not desired.
But now you can pay more attention, think better beforehand, express your goals more clearly, so that such an “accident” doesn’t happen, so that everything happens the way you want it to. There are always unknown factors. Our actions and their results are often influenced by other factors in our lives.
Exercise: Drop test
Please, find any small object and take it in your hand, for example a pen. Hold it one and a half metres above the ground and then drop it.
Memorise the spot and try it a second time. Try to do it exactly as you did before, exactly the same.
You will notice that the pen slightly falls in a different way. You can repeat it several times, the pen will always slightly hit the ground differently than before.
We have space and time in between here, which are constantly changing. Your intentions are also not exactly the same as before. The environment also has an influence. Maybe the window was open and the wind changed the trajectory of the pencil. But certainly the pen fell roughly where you intended it to. That’s just the way it is. You are not alone in the room. Your actions are always somewhat influenced by the environment. The result depends on you and your focused attention. The influence from outside should of course be as small as possible.
This brings us to another topic. Who was performing the movement just now? Was it your thoughts or mine? Was it you or was it me? Who is the performer?
Well, you, of course. You made the movement, but why? Because I said so? Or because you believe me that it is for your own good? Or simply out of curiosity and interest, which, by the way, are strong and healthy deeds, which we will get to later. Or because you know that exercise is good for you and you were glad to get up for once?
How many people are annoyed by their wrong movement when bending down and the subsequent lumbago (mild or severe low back pain)? If only I had paid more attention, if only I had taken more time, if only I had thought better, are the self-reproaches and above all, if only I had bent over differently, we think to ourselves. But then it’s too late for that.
Yes, why did something like this happen? It is not a coincidence. There are no coincidences. It is the sum of many incorrect ways of behaving and thinking and thus an inattentiveness that can be changed. Of course, unknown factors always come into play, but with heightened sensory perception, one can also recognise these unknown factors and include them or keep them so small that they have no effect on the desired goal.
In short, one can always improve and learn. That’s life, it’s experience!
But you don’t always have to learn from your own experience and do everything wrong before getting better. Many people believe that. They think, I have to achieve this, I have to get sick in order to reach enlightenment. No, that is quite a wrong attitude. Otherwise no one would have to go to the doctor and everyone would have to bake their own bread. You would also have to build your own car. This is a negative belief system that is deeply rooted in many people. You don’t have to suffer to be healthy, and you don’t have to experience anything worse for spiritual development. Every one of us is able, with knowledge and awareness to let go that type of thinking.
…..to be continued.
