The art of healing seems to be multi-dimensional. Apart from the story narrative, much wisdom is shared and the key to practice is given which is even more valuable. The author narrates the episodes in the third person (Saukumarya). In Sanskrit Saukumarya means “softness”. So, healing happens as soft as it is in tune with the character of the author. It is an impersonal act that happens through him. A magnet cannot but magnetize.
His ability to transmit subtle wisdom through teaching is well known. Whatever he teaches, he heals too. Healing is not only a science but also an art. The artistic way Saukumarya availed various agencies to heal deeply touches the heart. That healing is a happening in love.

Episode 1
It was 14th January, 1976.
During the auspicious hours of Winter Solstice (as per Lunar calendar). Saukumarya was invited to join the World Order of Goodwill.
In February 1976, he was moving by Howrah Mail (train) from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam. The train left Vijayawada at 6:00 am. Saukumarya had a seat allotted, a single seat at the window from where the Eastern horizon could be sighted. Still it was wintertime and the Eastern horizon was pregnant with red color, transforming itself into orange, signaling the delivery of the infant Sun of Aquarius. Dawn is by itself a daily magic at the Eastern horizon, much more so in the month of Aquarius. Aquarius is the magical month of the year where everything tends to be subtle and silent.
Saukumarya was engaged with dawn. He gently closed his eyes and oriented to the transforming colors of the dawn. Within him the Golden hue stabilized and started permeating from the forehead into the nerve plexuses. Immersed in the Golden hue, Saukumarya remained still.
The train in the meanwhile reached Eluru at 7:15 am, at its first halt. Saukumarya opened his eyes and gently detrained on to the platform to relax a while.
Before he re-entered the train, a poor lady came running towards Saukumarya with a month old baby in her hands crying aloud, “My child is just dead, as I detrained. Kindly help me.” Saukumarya was still in the state of hangover arising from the deep meditation and the consequent Golden hue which was around. He abruptly, semi-consciously took the child into his hands. The child at once woke-up and moved the hands and legs with a child-cry. The lady was excited and took back the child from Saukumarya, blessed Saukumarya and left. The train moved and Saukumarya entrained.
In retrospect Saukumarya noticed the event and felt the whole episode as if it was a dream. When he introspected, he fully got back into his conscious mental layers. The logic emerged. “Was it the Golden hue that revived the child? Was it the invisible hand of the Master whom he follows? Was the child really dead? Why did the lady run up to him? How does she know that she would receive help from a stranger whom she never met?” No logical answer was found to the mind. It remained a puzzle.
Having reached Visakhapatnam at 01:15 pm, Saukumarya went home and entered the day’s routine after due shower. In the evening hours he met Master EK, his guide and enquired further on the episode. The Master said smilingly, “It is the Golden hue. It works through you. You are already a member of the World Order of Goodwill. Healing is part of Goodwill work. Many more will happen. Be open.” Saukumarya felt relieved.
“Let us form the Circle of Planetary Healers.
Let the Chief Life descend and penetrate.
Let Merry Life preside over and function.
Let Healing happen at all levels.
Let mineral, plant, animal and human be healed and harmonised.
May the angels cooperate and fulfil the plan upon Earth.
Master, Namaskaram”
